In order to strengthen our Global Data Supply Chain Team we are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Process Manager (m/f). In this role, you are responsible to establish and oversee the execution of a robust data ecosystem for our global marketing execution. You will guide, advise and support the business in order to build and run an integrated data and process landscape, necessary to derive timely insights and constantly improve consumer and viewer experiences. In addition, you will be in charge of setting up data governance guidelines and will orchestrate an ecosystem of internal Marketing & IT business units, as well as external vendors and third party data providers. You will act as an integral part of the marketing organization, and as an ambassador of integrated data ecosystems across the organization.

Areas that play to your strengths:

Project and Process Management

  • Setting up, managing and executing projects in order to achieve the marketing data integration targets
  • Developing and maintaining marketing data processes (from marketing planning to analyzing the performance of marketing & media activities)
  • Ensuring marketing data quality and developing governance processes as well as guidelines

Data Integration

  • Driving the integration of an increasing number of data sources to enhance marketing execution on paid, owned, managed and earned media platforms to improve marketing ROI
  • Performing data quality checks and monitoring data supply chain to ensure high level of data quality and reliance
  • Constantly improving generated audience and media asset insights

Reporting and Data Visualization

  • Defining and reviewing key performance indicators based on market standards and trends
  • Creating reports based on recipients needs and designing visualizations in dashboards

Business Partnering & Consulting

  • Understanding business questions and supporting in finding the needed data to answer those
  • Helping the marketing teams to interpret the data and develop recommendations to improve future activities e.g. marketing mix model
  • Convert business needs into requirements for IT implementation

Change Management

  • Acting as an ambassador for data supply chain within the organization
  • Driving change management activities in order to manage the transition into an insight–driven organization

Your experience includes:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data transformation projects in marketing, agency or consulting roles
  2. Experiences in project, process and change management

  3. Experiences in media planning of advantage

  4. Experience with marketing data tools like data management platforms, analytics & insights tools

  5. Understanding of (digital) marketing and the media market

  6. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills

  7. Excellent organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills

  8. University Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or relevant STEM degrees)
  9. Excellent in English
